hey well this one took me about umm 15mins wasnt hard, i thought id do a cartoon in this 1 hehe

Well, for a newbie, that's not too bad at all, but your blending needs A LOT of improving. Try layer masks.

not bad dude i complement you..add some shadows and layer masks and youll be good
