The border looks fine. I would do away with the whole right side or try to find a way to smudge it or turn it into some sort of effects with a flow for render. Also it look sto sharp for my taste, I would unsharpen and start over onthat process. Once the right side is done then that is where I would put the text. There are so many ways to make this sig look good, it's just hard to explain, you'll most likely just have to play with some options and different blending techniques.
