htaccess problem

What I want to do is make a .htaccess file that will help me keep all the backlinks I had.

I want my old site [ site.com/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=13 ] when you go to that, it takes you to [ site.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=13 ] Adds the /forum/ to keep backlinks! Thanks for the help, I cant figure this out!
