Basically, I'm having problems with the forum using Opera, I can't send messages because I have apparently not entered any text since it comes up with error of please insert atleast 3... something, and also I often have troubles with the Attachments in Posts, it often doesn't load so I can attach anything.

As soon as I use a different browser, all flaws work perfectly....

This kind of problem you will need to report to IPB themself since we are just using their forum software

Java is unlikely to be the solution because it's not used in IPB.

Everything's working fine for me in Opera (9.51)

For the attachments problem, what point does the page load up to? The attachments bar starts with an ajax loading statement then will appear once it has fully loaded. Are you seeing anything, or is it just white?

As far as I know, the 3 character limit is defined through php, so I can't see any reason why it wouldn't be working except for the reason that you aren't entering at least 3 characters into the message/title. :P

I'd suggest clearing your cache and trying again.

javascript I mean't, java/javascript same thing to me but if it's disabled you cannot attach or upload images.

Check under Tools - Quick Preferences - make sure enable javascript is ticked
