I'm looking for help on making something for a game in which it has thousands of locations...
What i was hoping the case would be...
You would only see Point A > Point B(X) > Point C[a,b]
Point A will have anywhere from 1 Point B up to a possible 9 Point B.
Basically it would look like.
Ommare > Andole > N/A,N/A
Ommare > Cat > Vale, Villore
Ommare has two points out...
Andole and Cat
Andole has No points out
Cat has more then 2 points out...
Thats the simple screen (In text form)
What I was hoping that i could do is... make a flash program where all i have to do is insert the name Ommare into a box and it takes me to the system Ommare...
Then say when i click over to Andole... Ommare Shifts in this case to the right.. and andole is brought up into the center of the screen... then from andole i click Cat.. which as we know is 2 jumps away form Andole... so Ommare will shift left from its location to the center and then pause and shift left again to make room for the system (Circle) cat... which has 3 Systems linking off to it...
I know it sounds weird... but i would like to know any tutorials that would help me get to this point... just the transition and memory of each System (circle).
