Trying out a new layout to get it loading a bit faster. Even less images than before and less css stuff too. What'd you guys think?

Oh, some of the links work, some don't. Basically when you click on a link it'll either: Do nothing; Do what It's supposed to do if I've added the feature yet; go back to index and put the links underneath the main nav with the Root->Thing.
New Layout - Suggestions Please?

I would prefer a different font and the site in the center of the page.
Ok you want a fast loading page but you should add some graphics, at least in the top!

I don't like it, a bit too simple, maybe it needs slight variations on colours in the side panels.
Also, you've defined the page as XHTML Strict but are using <br>, remember, in XHTML you have to close all tags. Use
<br />.

I know, it's because my previous version was just HTML transitional and used the <br>, so I haven't switched all the news posts and articles over just yet.
And I'm still trying to get it centered, I tried to use the same method as I did with my current layout, but it didn't work in firefox, so I'm still kinda experimenting around.
And I don't really know what other graphics to put on the site. I guess I could do a bit more with the CSS than I have now... Oh, yeah, and the fonts. I forgot to do that as well. I'll go fix that soon. Thanks!

.. Use images and these. But yea its harder then. It is okay but you should change that font... Verdana is the best!!
