heres my suggestions
- a little too much blue, maybe make some of the logo a complementary color or something.
- also if the content will scroll inside the design, dont have the whole page scroll on top of that, it doesn't fit inside the page for me at 1280 x 1024
- also the headers on the pages and titles should be a different color to stick out more.

Agree about the comment on too much blue. Remove the iframe. They are annoying and make the site look crappy in my opinion.
