I am interested in getting some skills with developing good looking designs and layouts for websites. I have very little skill in Photoshop (which is my choice of graphics app), and I would like to know if there are some good websites with beginner tutorials for people like myself? Or if this website has some form of categorization based on skill level in order to find the tutorials I would like.
