Hello all,

First off, gotta love this site, I just got flash today, and have noticed a few things about the quality when i am exporting .swf files.

This is the file as a jpeg:
menubar.jpg

This is the file as a .swf. I am still adding buttons to it, but still, the quality makes me :(

Menubar.swf

Now the thing that irks me is that I have seen some awsome, and some not so awsome flash sites, but none of them have images that bad in quality.

And for some back ground info i have Photoshop CS, and Macromedia Studio MX 2004 with Flash MX Professional.

Basicly how the heck do you increase the quality on these things, I already have it up to 100 in the publish settings.

:P

So any help would be very appreciated.

Thanks ahead of time, Fardunwaith.

all that i can tell thats wrong with the swf is that the gradients are flipped. just flip em back around.

Edited: o i c how come all the buttons but the first are on the down state?

like i said it is going to be a button bar and in the flash one, i havent put the other states in. So there is nothing i can do about the quality? it isnt the gradients that are wrong its the back that it looks so fuzzy
