Wow...just wow. That lightsource is pro, moreso than any of your other works. The depth and colour choice is fantastic.
One thing I would do (this is my personal opinion) is add a bright white-yellow glow around the eyes...to add contrast with the rest of the sig, and to emphasize the wolf as more of a Focal Point
