You have very slow moderation on this site yet you seem to have a huge moderation team. Especially on the forum. Most forums are being moderated when they dont need to be. Such as free resources. Why is this moderated?

It's moderated as too many post spam and junk and it saves us a lot of work, posting many links to one site is crazy when simply one can be posted.

Exactly, because of this site's high PR and Alexa rank, we get SHITTONS of bots and spammers on here with all kinds of porn and other garbage. It's easier to keep stuff on moderation than it is trying to clean up after all the spam.
Sorry if you think it's too slow... no one is paid to do anything here so the people that volunteer their time do the best they can and I think they do a pretty damn fine job of it.
