Must have been taken in Ontario, they have those "The Beer Store" places everywhere along with LCBOs. In fact back when I used to live in Ottawa with roomates, our answering machine used to say "Thank you for calling the LCBO, the Liquor Consuming Boys of Ottawa, please leave your etc..."
It really stood for something like the Liquor Control Board of Ontario.
