wow, its like painting a target on your house to get egged or vandalized. I don't think they should have to do that.. its going to cause more trouble than good.

What a load of crap. Even though i am in no way a sex offender. I think this is seriously wrong. First thing my parents told me when i started trick n treatin was never to go into someones house, or go alone. Supervision is all that is needed, not to alienate thousands of people to the point where they can't live a life at all.
Also there are thousands of false claims on people every year.

That's as bad as telling sex offenders they have to register their e-mail address so places like MySpace can check up on them and restrict their privileges (something apparently signed into US Law).

I hope whoever has this on their house knows how to clean off Eggs, paint and has a tall ladder to clear all the tp from the house!

Great idea cus if I had small children I'd want to know who was in my neighborhood Halloween or not.
They shouldn't even be allowed near a computer IMO
