i'm not having enough time to dedicate to my webpage so i can't sit down and program as i used to do... i don't know what to do... a friend recommended this site, he said they work with joomla but i haven't used this system before... have you?
did you ever runned out of time to dedicate to your site and went to someone like this?
what do you think i should do?

I've seen joomla in action, and it's alright I'm not a big external cms person. I'd prefer to build my own. But, personal preference I guess.
Not to be judgmental, but "runned" is not a word. Even if it was, it would be used improperly in that and most sentences. Have I ever RAN out of time that was dedicated to my website? Sure why not who hasn't? The question is, will I ever use a external CMS such as joomla, probably not.. Only because as a programmer, I want to program... Not upload/install. But it is up to you what you should do. Shut your website down for a while until you can find time to dedicate to your website.
