I play a trucking simulation game and wanted to write a program to go on our website (or forum if possible but i didnt think so) but ANYWAYS...I want a program where our drivers in our company can communicate thru different chat boxes n crap on a certain page, aswell as i want to be able to post available cargo contracts and drivers can click them for more information on the contract and click a button to accept the contract. Then when the driver accepts it it adds it to the drivers personal are of the website where it will show that particular drivers money, mileage, truck, information blah blah. Each driver should be able to log into thier personal web space for this information. I am very determined to make this happen and what i really need is some advice on how to make this happen. I dont want anything real fancy...just enough to make this happen so we dont have to manually do paperwork and add the mileage n crap manually. So point me in the right direction. I dont know any coding but will learn...what will i need? What do i need to learn? how much will it cost me for a webpage that will host this. just point me in the right direction please =)

Sounds like a very customized website with various features. Since you're not sure how to do it yourself, you'd be better off hiring someone else to do it, but it will definitely cost you. There are many sites out there that allow you to post a project and get quotes. To start, take a look at Freelance Switch.
