not sure how to handle this.

i have built and i maintain and continue to develope a site for a client. latley he has been complainint that his cutomers for the site (advertisers) have been having problems. i cannot recrete the problems, i have had a bunch of other web people look at the site and cannot recreate the problems. so today he asked me to redo the site so it works. its a cms, so i can upload the newer version, and recreate the site.

my questions is............. do i charge? do i charge my normal rate? or partial rate since i couldnt fix the problem, although i couldnt find one. Do not charge?

any advice is appreciated
thanks

sure, he was getting stack errors on line 0, the main menu has a drop down and sometimes it wouldnt drop all of the way and sometimes the sub menu items werent clickable.

at this point i have already taken down the old site and i am rebuilding the new one with newer softare.

i have had many other programmers look at the site and none of them got any errors or menu problems. the problem is there are advertisers on the site and it is a growing site so we had to keep moving.

thanks
