Hey guys,

I've taken on this project with a company I'm working for. I don't have excellent knowledge in Flash and have been thrown into the deep end - and need help as to what to do!

The project goes like this:

Our client, a Mining Industry company has a learning product which is a general induction course and is delivered as an e-learning suite on CD-Rom. They now want to develop a new online web based delivery model for the general induction.

My job - to convert the existing Flash Movies which were designed for CD Rom playback, into Flash movies which are Self-Contained.

I've been given the flash file and have no idea where to start!

The movies are flash based 'InfoGraphics' incorporating either no ActionScript (just straight convert to JPG/GIF) or contains entry level ActionScript (MovieClip Pop Ups, Key frame animation, variable tracking) with diagrams, hotpoint maps and information that is graphically communicated.

First of all, can someone explain to me what a self contained flash movie is?

If anyone can help in any way to get me on the right track, please reply to this post!

Thanks,

Danielle
