Actually looks rather good, one thing I would do is maybe make the background of the center/content area a tad darker... It may just be my monitor with high contrast settings but I think it is a little to bright.

Apart from that, very cool design all in all :)

The content is well-made and simple. However, you should work on the images of the banner and the footer, also make some font changes in the navigation.

Overall: Good simple design
