swap image AND mailto code needed

Hi, I'm brand new to forum. I use old version of dreamweaver. Am trying to have a .jpg w/swap image generate a mailto. How would I do this? It's the hand graphic on this home page: www.artscovenant.com Thanks for any help!

When you say it generates a mailto, do you mean that if the image is clicked, it will open up the user's email client? If that's the case, just link the image with:

<a href="mailto:yourname@yourdomain.com"><img src="imagesourcehere" /></a>
