Would you like to know why we have admins here at P2L?

Because I don't have time? Well kinda...
Because I don't know how to do it? Not really...
Because i want to make lives miserable? Not at all...

The main reason why we have admins here is because they are friendly and mature people that make me proud of their work here on a daily basis. Let me just put this in no uncertain terms. If you've ever received a warning of any kind from an admin, chances are I would have banned someone right on the spot with zero warning. yes, I may be a nazi admin, but it's still my house.

So what's my point in all this? The admins are here to ensure that the quality of the forum stays intact, and that issues and outbreaks are handled fairly and timely. THE LEAST you guys can do is treat them with respect or simply leave. I will no longer tolerate any form of abuse to our admins. While they will continue to give 3 warnings prior to a ban, I will issue permanent bans on the spot if I see abuse personally. If you are so childish that you can't handle a reprimand for going against out forum rules and you start spamming admins and other stupidities, we don't want you here.

If you have a personal issue with an admin, do NOT attack them or you're gone. I invite you to send me a PM (Private Message) with your MATURE complaint/issue/comment and I will look into the issue. I am not above seeing your side of the story and if I think something was unfair or harsh, I will correct it.

So with all that said, let's all get along and I hope you continue to enjoy the forums. I know that pretty much all of you are all great contributors to the site and that we just have a few bad apples, but I thought I would just remind everyone that the admins are to be respected and carry the same authority I do. We're all here to make the site better for YOU and we're not here for drama.

Well everyone here is friendly so wont be prob (most) but if there is a personal issue with an admin or a fight or something will they be treated the same?
Something like admin starts fight (they wont do but if..) -----> admin banned.
Except for jay and faken ofcourse cause without jay and faken there wont be much p2l ^^.

Admins wouldn't start fights, if they had no self control like that they wouldn't be admins.

yes. I *very* much dislike those people who abuse admins just because they ARE admins... anyone thats ever been an admin will know what i mean. your doing your best to keep a calm head while some (excuse my language) prick is tuanting you and abusing you. I can imagine if an admin here (or *almost* anywhere) gets angry, its more than likely not their fault.

remember: Admins are humans too.... but they have just a bit more power

For those of you wondering if I always take the side of the admin no matter what, if you've been around for 7 months or more, you'll notice a couple of staff members went missing awhile ago.

I can assure you that I'll look at both sides, but if one side is completely immature, you can guess who will get the favored decision.

Sounds fair to me, as I am an admin on my forum, and I hate it when people tell off me or my mods or admins, or anybody for that manor, and I'm like you and give bans on the spot if I see stuff like that. There are times when I don't always do that, I give them 2 warnings at one time. So don't worry about me.
