What exactly are you trying to do? Is this an animation test or just visual test or skinning test? It's hard to say exactly what I'm supposed to be giving you feedback on.

The animation is way to fast and it's choppy. You can't properly read what actions she is doing. In animation, your key poses have to have a strong silhouette so that it can be read easily. If you need more clearification on my crit then just ask I'll be glade to go into more detail.

What did you do it with?

Also as for the visual... The cell shaded outlines look nice but What are those stiff hair like lines? They seem out of place.

I wanted it to start off fast and slow as it turned. that was intentional. I animated in max, but rendered it in pencil I put it in after effects to give it a different look afterwards. those hair like lines are actually animated, the animation isnt playing. so the body can be the main focus, it would wrap around the body otherwise

I didnt want a lot of detail in the face. the only part of it with strong features are the eyes, but the mouth does need a hole in it, and I'll probably do more with the lips. and the head has too much lenght going from front to back. if I flatten it some that would give it a more traditional look. I made this one the same way I made the previous face, but the face is stronger
