hello everyone, this is a picture that i made while bored. now i havnt used photoshop for about 2 years so i know its no where near perfect. just asking for opinions on what i could add to spice it up a bit.

i was thinking some type of electric or something. maybe sparks

I see vignetting on top of the image and on bottom left, try adding it to bottom right too. And well maybe some lighting, there is some orange on the back of the cyborg, try adding it to elsewhere too maybe.
Anyway it is nice :)

yeah like xxx-treme said i would put that orange lighting on the text as well, but over all i dig it, maybe play with the background layers to add some more detail/texture

You need not spice it anymore, it already is spiced up, and looks quite interesting with some perfect colors for the theme.
