Not much experience yet but want to create a globe like this one LINK.
Anyone able to give any directions or point me towards a tutorial as I can't find one. Thanks

dang i wish i still had a computer with c4d on it i would make you a tutorial, cuz although it looks difficult its not that hard.. i'm working on getting my stuff back together so check back within a month or so and i may have posted a tutorial for you

No one HAS to help anyone here.

If you want to get this done desperately, go buy a book. The users here are volunteers, so don't get in a strop because somebody couldn't help you, be thankful you have ANYWHERE to ask.
