I am just starting to learn how to use photoshop for the web, which seems like I was never gonna find the time to learn something I really want to do. I guess what I am trying to understand is when you have done your site in photoshop and you upload the files say through Dreamweaver and your coding from scratch using codes such as CSS, Xhtml, Javascript. Which is better User based slices where you have done your photoshop work and now your cutting it up yourself, or should everything be done in Layer based slices which I am still having trouble explaining, but I know photoshop does most of the work which is suppose to be easier. I just want to get these concepts clear. I am just learning as I said before I am hoping any Web Designers or Web Developer can help.
