Hi guys,

I'm new here. Just got recent job that need a database and system that match between the parent and tutor. The sample can see it over here : http://www.hometuitioncare.com.

They need a log in for tutor to create they own profile and portfolio inside the website with all the information about them. Then got parent page where they can seek this tutor with specifically requirement for their children. So it's a matching system between parent and tutor or lecturer.

Really complicated. Can anyone here help me on how to start this thing? Really urgent to get this thing.

Thanks.

Try to break the system into parts. Start off with a user system, which you can find plenty of tutorials on. Then, since most user systems have different levels of access, make different levels for a parent vs. a tutor. Then make a system for storing the tutor's qualifications, and a page to display them. Have a different control panel for each group, and make the parent able to contact the tutor either through the site (user messaging system), or through their own contact info (email, phone number, etc).

It sounds actually not that complicated when you break it into reasonable chunks that there are several tutorials out there for. :D
