Okay I've got a question, under all my details to the left it says "Warn (0%)" and then it has 5 or 6 little blue boxes to the right, can someone explain all that too me please?

It's an IPB thing. You get a 'warning' for certain things like spamming etc, whatever's decided by the staff which may incur a sanction such as suspension at the time or after a certain percentage (i.e. number of warnings). The little blue boxes are just an indicator of your suspension.
