while browsing on the net i saw this pic and it has a wonderful black and white effect. can some1 tell me how to make such a pic from a coloured one?

yes i guess u can make this b & w effect wid the help of channel mixer
nd try gausian blur on Flash ( highlighted area) nd later playing wid dodge tool
