Coloring B&W file

Please hel wit coloring of this file (wikipedia use)

First off, don't post a link in the subject of a topic. Which leads to my second point, the link is totally cut off so we cannot see the file you are referring to.

Doing a simple search on here yielded some coloring guides, but I didn't see any from black and white. I would imagine you'd need atleast some guidance to what color you want, and you could start with filling in areas with basic shades, then following one of these guides to get it to look better.
