My gf got me an Xbox 360 Elite 120GB model from Game about a month ago as an xmas present, out of suspicion I was sitting there thinking does it have the new "Jasper" motherboard that has both 65nm gpu & cpu so I looked through the gap at the back manufacture date 28/08/2009, 12V=12.1A <-- the 12.1A states this should be the Jasper and with a power socket at the back like the 3rd one in this pic

which definatly means my 360 is a Jasper, so i looked at the power brick thing it said 175W, 12V=14.2A different to whats on the back of the system so I took it back to Game with the receipt explaining to the man at the counter im supposed to have a 150W, 12.1A power brick, he went out the back to check the other xbox's to see if they have the same power bricks and they did but then he found one that said 150W, 12.1A after about a 30min search lol. So this means that microsoft were/are shipping xbox's with older power bricks, another point aswell on the box it comes in it had a different date and said FDOU on the back of my system it says NOM which is something to do with a team who developed the 360 i think but anyway check your xbox's when you buy!

You should always check your stuff when you buy it, no matter who it's from. ( I mean, there were Wii's that got shipped out in a BIG bunch, that had no wrist straps in the box, when they were supposed to. )

These things happen :/

This is what happens when we let machines do our work for us :hi:.

This is the kind of thing the average 360 buyer would never even think about let alone check out, this is pretty much just a scam tbh.
