I created a Flash layout header but the only problem is, positioning it on a specific location on the layout.
For example... the header should be more to the right but all I know is how to center it. Is there some type of
application that I should be using to position flash files? I heard Dreamweaver can do it, but I don't know
where to begin. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!!!
