I am looking for a good book, manual, or DVD to buy , about Cinema 4D and specially about animation in this 3D software.Any suggestions?

Hey, I'd also like to know where I can find a book or some good tutorials for Cinema 4D but unlike Mynotaurus I'm new to it so am looking for the basics to get me started.
