Obviously, I got my password reset, so it's not that it doesn't do it but I noticed that I had entered the wrong captcha after I hit enter and it still sent my password to my email.

Not a big deal but it doesn't seem to be really using the reCaptcha I guess is the best way to say it.

Yes, I believe it was. It was after I clicked on the verification link in the email.
