Well, this is a banner i did for my wow guild, it is called phylumists.

http://phylumists.wowstead.com (this is the website it's created for).

I would like some feedback on this one here, i know its not brilliant since its my 3rd time i use photoshop though i have alot more time drawing, so i know its not that great, but i would like to know what could i do to make it better thank you in advance.

P.S: A salute to all you people, as you can see, im new to this comunity

It's hard for us to tell what we think of your banner, because you posted dead links.
Could you reupload the banner for us so we can rate it?
