I am a graphic designer and I am looking to improve my skills in major ways! Below I have posted some work that I admire, I would like to know how to do certain things.....

I would just like to know how to make my colors pop like this designer... I am having trouble with my adjustment layers and the different options I can use... any help will be appreciated.

Those are awesome colors, but to my eyes it does not look like a simple manipulation of hue and saturation, or anything else like that. This looks more like artwork. I would guess that they took a photo, and then airbrushed or painted over the image. These images resemble a painting much more than they do photos. I might be able to post some tutorials of how I think the process is done. If I can, I will post back to you later in this thread.

Does anyone know the names of any famous and well-known graphic designers? for logos etc, i need to know for art coursework xx.
