I want to create the page transitions like in http://www.dead-line.com

As you can see, there is a light shine as well as the video continuing to play when transitioning in between pages.

How can I do this?

I scoured the Internet for tips but nobody seems to know how to do this. I also tried to do this for the past 12 hours and counting but I'm going nowhere.
