Hello people.
This is my first post, and i would like to start of by saying that i am really glad that i found this site, it rocks! :-)

But now, down to business...

I want to make a website/portal like, say (www.Gamespot.com), with news, articles a forum and much more. I have read, some articles on css, mysql, php, html and xhtml, but i still wonder, what language or technique should i go for? It has to be dynamic and easy to update. I am a bit confused by all the different possibilities, and me being new to all of this, so any, i mean ANY, help would be appriciated. Btw. i am using Dreamweaver Mx 2004.

Maybe you could point me in the right direction ;-)

Try PHP Nuke, your host will have it pre-installed inside your scripts in CPanel
or you can go to their website & download.
