i want to know how you create that fading effect on your website on the top how to box change and goes to a different menu like its a java, jquery effect, i want to do something like that on my side can u show me how u did that ?

Yeah, what Derek said. Also, jQuery and Mootools have it built in to the framework to add a simple .fade() to an object for fading in and out.
