Hey guys so I just got started back with photoshop today! after 2+ years of being away from it.
I kept my favorite project I did from a tutorial I have the finished PSD and a Before Picture.

I'd like someone to help me, if anyone has seen this tutorial I can't find it, mainly cause I don't know what to call this.
If not maybe someone could reverse the psd? I'm not that great just something I like to do in my spare time!

ok well apparently I'm not allowed to upload a psd but I do have the finished psd file not that it helps me understand how i did it back then.

I've tried to re make this but after so many years i've forgotten a lot of what I did.
This is what I've done


1. Took the background out from behind the girl - Main + outerglow
2. Dubplicate main layer add motion blue
3. New layer - Black background
4. New layer - clouds

Thats where I get messed up I'm not very sure how the clouds/fibers layers work with each other or how to remake them.
It looks like I have a clouds layer and under was another clouds layer, used fibers render angled it not sure how to do the mask thing anymore >.> but final step was to add a rainbow gradient overlay

I'd really like someone to help maybe explain how to recreate these layers
