Ever Wanted To Know How Much Work Goes Into P2l?

Now lets just ignore the time that's gone into the design, graphics, coding, development, planning etc... I'm going to give you one single stat that just has me reeling.
Approval of tutorials!
Pixel2life.com has received almost 16,000 tutorial submissions. It takes on average about 30 seconds to approve each tutorial. So since January 2nd, 2004, I have spent about 4000 hours or 167 days worth of time just approving tutorials. That's almost half a year straight of approving tutorials.
Now assuming my math doesn't completely suck, that seems spooky to me
My point? None really... just thought that was a crazy statistic I thought I'd share.
Have a nice day!

16,000 tutorials * 30 seconds each = 480,000 seconds of reviewing tutorials.
480,000 seconds / 60 seconds in a minute = 8,000 total minutes.
8,000 minutes / 60 minutes in one hour = 133⅓ hours.
133⅓ hours / 24 hours in one day ≈ 5 days and 12 hours.
5 days is still a lot of time for just reviewing tutorials, and I could be completely wrong. Also, about 11 minutes of that time was spent reviewing tutorials submitted by me.

he is right you knowI got something different when I did the math...
16,000 tutorials * 30 seconds each = 480,000 seconds of reviewing tutorials.
480,000 seconds / 60 seconds in a minute = 8,000 total minutes.
8,000 minutes / 60 minutes in one hour = 133⅓ hours.

right now Dan is the only one it allows to accept tutorials.
But HOPEFULLY in p2l V2, we will have it so a few others on staff
can do it too so dan isnt spending all his time in that.

Phazon has quoted the correct figures hehehe...
Still.. over 130 hours on tuts alone is just nuts. And I'm pretty sure it's even more considering I pretty much change the title on every single tutorial accepted
