I used

I used satin though so.......... that may be why.

soften the bevel on the menu items, and make their text white. Then take away the bevel on the content box for 2 reasons
1) it will be a bitch to slice
2) if you use a light colored text at the top, it wont be seen very well, and if you use a dark color text, you wont be able to see it in the middle.

there still needs to be more color.
you could say it looks better than your previous layout but there are still a lot of problems like the smooth bitmap fonts.

Which font do think needs to be smoother? The header or the white font with the 1px black stroke.
