hi im a total noob to photoshop theres just 2 things i wantes to know...


firstly , when i try to make a sig , my font comes out totally whacked , i mean the reolution of the " font " is pathetic , some help would greatly be appreciated ( please keep in mind im a total noob, so no hi fi jargon pleasee
oh and one more thing , please let me know , if i had a pics of myself say , how could lit it up fire graphically , like that charecter from fantastic 4

I don't know about the font thing but if you want a tutorial check out this site it has some great tuts

when your using text (this is for photoshop btw), next to the size menu it will have a menu marked with 2 a's, change that around from normal to crisp or smooth etc

Yeah, designkai is right. Its the 'AA'. However, I don't see how your font is 'whacked' when you don't have 'AA' enabled.. for me it just looks untidy..
