I need to create a site path for a project I'm working on. Can someone provide me with an example?

Could you give more of an explanation as to what you mean by "site path"?
To me it sounds like you are asking for how to structure your files. If so, this can be completely up to your preference. I like to separate files by their content type.
Example:
/
|-images/
|-image.jpg
|-js/
|-jquery.js
|-css/
|-style.css
|-includes/
|-config.php
index.php
I could also be completely off in my understanding of your question, lol.
Are you meaning something to do with Dreamweaver and syncing the files? That's the only other conclusion I can come up with.
