1. start with a new document
i made mine 440 x 120

2. find a wall paper you like,(spoonloads.com has great ones)

3. paste it
and move it untill you like the image


4. multiply the layer and repeat step three but with a different part of the image


5. take the saturation down to -100


6. now play around with the blending on the top layer i used soft light


7. play with color balance or hue and your done
