Ya i want to know how to chmod a folder to 777? i have no clue on how :S

In your ftp program, right click the folder. Search through these options until you find CHMOD. It could be under commands, unix commands, attributes or another option. It really depends on the program you are using.

If you are using net2ftp, there is a CHMOD button.

You can also do it through the file manager in cPanel.
