Forum 2 Site - Integrating

I need help integrating IPB to my website, so that I can make users login through the website using the forums login system, the trick is I don't want it when the information is submitted to return to the forums, I want it to return to the site from where they logged in. I know how to make the login forum, but then it always returns to the forum. I would also like it to where when you login from the site then go to the forums you stay logged in, vice versa. Help is appreciated. Thanks! :)

oo that sounds tough but will probably be really nice when you finish it, i might think about my own forum if im able to follow the tut
