CTRL+SHIFT+F - fading last used filter
ALT + BackSpace - fill with foreground color
CTRL + BackSpace - fill with background color

manipulating layers :

create new layer: CTRL + SHIFT + N
select next layer up in Layers panel: ALT + ]
select next layer down in Layers panel: ALT + [
move the layer up: CTRL + [
move the layer down: CTRL + ]
duplicate layer : CTRL + J
make layer via cut selection: CTRL + SHIFT + J

I've defined copuple own shortcuts which I find very useful:

CTRL+SHIFT+ALT+B - Blending options - most used shorcut by me
CTRL + , - copy layer style
CTRL + . - paste layer style
CTRL + SHIFT + D - delete layer (group)

But I'm still looking for a shortcut which brings up color palette. Does anybody know is one exists at all ?

Thanks for sharing these keyboard shortcuts. I also do not want to use the mouse a lot when I'm on Photoshop.
