i made my cousin a screen saver in c4d...but everytimre i save it as a .avi file..it own't play...is there any way i can save the animation so i can open it in imageready?

I'm not sure on this, but i believe a screensaver must be an executable file.
After compiled, the .exe extension is then changed to .scr, which identifies it as a screensaver.

Actually, if you use something like the Bliss saver you can use any avi file you want as a screen saver. Just go to your options and set it up to render as an avi file. You cant render it and then rename it to an avi, you have to render it to avi to begin with. Also, be sure you are rendering the entire animation (you have to set it in the render options) because by default it will just render the current frame you are on.
