Javascript Tutorial?

Does anyone know of a tutorial that will teach me how to make drop down menus like on www.advertising.com? I like how they slide down instead of pop up. I am somewhat fimiliar with most codes. I tried to view the source code, and understood some of it, but it linked to a seperate .js file that I couldn't view.

Is there a simple code I can add to my existing code that has a drop down menu to make the menu slide down?

actually you can view or download the .js file if you get the idea from the source code. just copy the .js filename and paste it on the URL something like this http://www.google.com/test.js instead of http://www.google.com/index.html.. normally if u're using IE, it will automatically ask whether u want to open or save the .js file. it's up to you then...

but i would suggest you to try it by your own, there's a lot of javascript resources that only requires u to cut & paste or customize it later on for making your own drop down menu
