Ok,im completely confused on how to save my renders in cinema 4D?? Ok first i wanna save it as a png format! Then i wanna save it into the "my pictures" folder,so i can open it in photoshop and stuff! please help out! Im totaly lost!

If you want the background removed (so all you get is the render, no erasing in ps7)
In c4d: Render > Render settings
Set it to these settings:
Also, if you want to change the size/res of the render, go to the output and change "resolution"

EDIT: You MUST go Render > render to picture veiwer to save your render as a picture. once your render is done in the picture veiwer, go File > save as and leave as default.
