i got my forum and guestbook from the free a free host which does not allow php, asp,..could anybody suggest a free host/server for my site? could you give me link where i could download free codes for my guesbook and forum..tnx a lot

you can find free scripts at http://www.hotscripts.com or here on pixel2life by looking in the respective tutorial section. as far as free hosting i used to know of a bunch of free hosts but i pay for hosting now and i can't recall any of them. sorry.
